Reports & Export

Choose a saved inspection to create an individual report. PDF uses your browser’s Print / Save as PDF option; Microsoft Word downloads a Word-compatible .doc file.

Reports include inspection details, Pass / Failed / N/A answers, attached photographs, driver notes, and any reported problems. Reports are generated on this device only.

What this demo does

Try semi-truck inspections with or without a trailer and propane forklift inspections; record the semi-truck odometer or forklift hours; answer a fixed engine oil-level question; take or attach the mandatory oil photograph; add optional photos and driver notes; save locally; search records; export or print reports; and edit other checklist questions.

Not yet implemented: secure individual employee accounts, cloud backup, cross-device history, supervisor login/review workflow, notification delivery, and production security. This demonstration is not a replacement for a production safety-inspection and compliance process.

You can add a shortcut to a phone home screen after hosting it on HTTPS. Opening a downloaded HTML file directly may behave differently across mobile browsers.
